Your Body Works Racing & Multi-Sport Training is for individuals who enjoy running, cycling or swimming. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete we have programs and members at all levels.
Our Multi-Sport Training includes free Saturday clinics, Master Swim, written training and nutrition plans, and special event coaching.
Free Saturday Clinic: Join us each Saturday from 9:30 to noon for these free clinics involving an easy or long distance run, ride or both. No membership required.
Master Swim: Your Body Works and the SASO Swim Team have joined resources to provide its members with special discount rates. Swim practices are currently available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 5:30–7:00 a.m., and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00–7:30 p.m. Must be at least 18 years of age. Additional costs apply. Membership is required.
Written Training & Nutrition Plans: Starting a new sport can be difficult all on its own, but when you want to compete and have questions about nutrition, training plans, when to rest or give it your all, having a coach can be invaluable. Your Body Works has the training to provide you with the tools and skills to optimize your conditioning as you prepare for an event. Additional costs apply. Membership may be required.
Special Event Coaching: Once a month Your Body Works hosts special event speakers or technical clinics to help motivate and sharpen your skills as you train. Additional costs apply. No membership is required.
