At Your Body Works we believe you should not feel alone on your journey toward achieving your fitness goals. We partner with you to ensure you are moving, exercising and mastering the techniques that improve your health in the safest, most expeditious manner possible.

But not everyone needs the same level of guidance and support, so we offer various programs to meet your needs:

  • If you’re new to exercising or haven’t done this in quite some time, we offer month-to-month personal training packages consisting of 4, 8 or 12 sessions to get you going. Our certified trainers will custom build a sound, effective and proven training program for you, and will be with you as you complete each scheduled workout.
  • If you’re really serious about transforming your body, we offer 12 week personal training programs to jump start and maintain your results. These packages utilize the latest technology to measure your caloric burn, and links your exercise regime with a web supported nutrition plan to optimize your results. Your job is to just do it!
  • If you’re an experienced athlete and simply need a great gym to complete your workouts, we believe you still deserve immediate support whenever its needed. At Your Body Works we are always in the gym to assist you.
