We believe you should receive as much individual instruction as possible even when you’re in a group training environment. At Your Body Works we keep our classes very small (around 6) allowing the instructor to watch each student, perfect their form and optimize their workout.

We offer an unusual and exciting array of small group classes, including:

  • Abdominal & Core Workouts
  • Classic Boxing Fitness
  • TRX Boot Camp
